Bret Bonner

Owner/GC

Bret Bonner was born and raised in Southern California. He is a graduate of Camarillo High School and California State University Northridge, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Following graduation, he was employed full-time for 3 years as an auditor for a private accounting firm. He holds the honored rank of Eagle Scout, Boy Scouts of America. Bret entered the construction trade applying his accounting knowledge, along with his physical strength and interpersonal skills. After several years of experience as a Framer, he obtained his General Contractor License.

Over the next several years he completed multiple remodels and new construction projects for both residential and commercial buildings. He also renovated multiple apartment units, bathrooms, kitchens, and guest units. During recent years he has completed over a hundred soft-story retrofits to older apartment buildings in the Greater Los Angeles Area. Working hand in hand with Clients, Engineers, and Inspectors to ensure the retrofits are completed timely and correctly.

Bret continues as a manager of diversified interior and exterior residential and commercial construction projects, with an exceptionally high standard of quality and client satisfaction.

Chris Munoz

Owner/General Contractor

Chris is a graduate of Ottawa University, with a BA, majoring in science/ kinesiology. During his time at Ottawa University, he coached and lettered on his All-Conference soccer team.  After graduating, Chris began working for construction firms, building custom homes, where his father was the structural engineer. In 2011, Chris became a licensed General Contractor and started CM Pacific Builders Group Inc.

Working as GC and builder on several high-end multilevel conversion renovations in West Hollywood. These projects include structural frame, wood framing, structural slabs, wood-framed build, TI build-outs, and restaurants.

Mehdi Nickouei

Project Manager

Mehdi Nickouei opens the line of communication between clients, customers, and businesses to get projects done. Mehdi has over ten years of experience in commercial and private sectors of management consultation, team building, strategic implementation, and company collaboration. He also holds various degrees in construction management, estimating from Indiana State University.
